INSPIRING AND EDUCATING HUMANITY

to make the world a better place

Creating Positive Impact through Meaningful Works

The Beacons of Compassion Projects aspire to activate a worldwide movement focused on compassion, unity and acceptance across diverse cultures and nations. The initiative recognizes that in an increasingly fragmented world, the teachings and values championed by these peacemakers are more relevant than ever. We seek to inspire and educate all cultures and generations worldwide to embody these values in their lives and create a better existence across the globe.

Through each of these Legacy Monuments and other social outreach activities we will serve as a beacon of hope, helping to spread light and honor the legacies of extraordinary humanitarians while promoting their values, and inspiring generations to come.

Growing With Us

As is the case with all movements, we will be constantly growing in size and diversity. There will be endless opportunity to collaborate and interact. We invite all persons to engage in any aspects of these initiatives  that resonates with them.  Compassion transcends all age and demographic boundaries. Please reach out to us with any thoughts and/or desires.

Initiatives to fulfill our mission

Cultivating Future Leaders

A crucial goal is to inspire the next generation of leaders who will carry forward the mantle of peace and humanitarian service. The campaign plans to establish incentives and mentorship programs focused on youth leadership in the realms of social justice and environmental stewardship.

Global Outreach

The initiative will utilize digital platforms to share stories and experiences related to the values of peace and humanity. By using social media and creating an online community, the initiative aims to connect individuals from around the world who are committed to similar principles, fostering a global network of advocates.

Interactive Elements

Our monuments combine art and technology to create powerful interactive experiences. At the heart of each monument, a high-definition hologram display brings history to life through videos, images, and sound. This flexible technology allows us to share both recorded content and live streams of current events and speeches, keeping the monument's message fresh and relevant.

Beyond the physical installations, we're creating digital versions that anyone can access online. This digital presence helps us reach people worldwide, accelerating our mission to build a more compassionate society. We welcome everyone to participate in this journey, regardless of background or beliefs, because positive change will happen when all voices are included.

The Arts

We are using the arts as one of our main platforms to accomplish cohesion and unity across different cultures. We embrace all forms of art and will be utilizing them in different ways to help bring people together. Music will play a primary role in this, and will be incorporated throughout this entire initiative as a fundamental of our platform. We will be holding benefit concerts, incentivizing participation with collaboration and helping the development of up-and-coming artists and musicians. It will be a primary goal to highlight and promote the value of the arts in our modern culture.

Artist Profile:

Cody Munson, a talented artist with a diverse background in various artistic mediums, has partnered with President Jimmy Carter’s family to create this first monument. He is not only an accomplished artist but also a passionate advocate for environmental and social causes. His unique background positions him as an ideal steward for this project. His deep-seated connection to nature, heavily influenced by his upbringing in Tahoe national Forest as well as his family's multigenerational history of development and conservation in Yosemite National Park, helps drive his commitment to creating art with environmental awareness.  Cody also believes in the power of collaborative art. He actively seeks input from community members, encouraging local voices to help shape the narrative of the monument. This approach ensures that the final outcome reflects a collective vision and serves as a true representation of humanities values.
